standards.</strong></span></span></p>\n<p><span><span><strong>IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:&nbsp;</strong></span></span></p>\n<p style=\" margin-bottom: 0in\"><span><strong>Lead Supplier Development</strong></span></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n <li style=\" margin-bottom: 0in\"><span>Support all Emerson sites (including Quality WW team) for quality initiatives related to suppliers in North America</span></li>\n <li style=\" margin-bottom: 0in\"><span>Collaborate with Global Supply Chain in Nuclear Supplier development.</span></li>\n <li style=\" margin-bottom: 0in\"><span>Work with Manufacturing and Engineering to address issues identified by suppliers relating to Design, Manufacturability, or Quality Requirements.</span></li>\n <li style=\" margin-bottom: 0in\"><span>Conduct source inspections, periodic supplier audits, and performance assessments at vendor locations</span></li>\n <li style=\" margin-bottom: 0in\"><span>Work in collaboration with the global NBU Supply chain, Manufacturing Operations, and Engineering to identify and resolve issues.</span></li>\n <li style=\" margin-bottom: 0in\"><span>Provide suppliers timely nonconformance data for rejected product.</span></li>\n <li style=\" margin-bottom: 0in\"><span>Provide suppliers problem-solving and root cause analysis support to eliminate recurrences of non-conformances efficiently and effectively.</span></li>\n <li style=\" margin-bottom: 0in\"><span>Manage and monitor Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARS).&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li style=\" margin-bottom: 0in\"><span>Ensure appropriate supplier corrective and preventative actions are implemented and proven to be effective in addressing quality deficiencies.</span></li>\n <li style=\" margin-bottom: 0in\"><span>Create monthly reports&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li style=\" margin-bottom: 0in\"><span>Drive continual improvement initiatives when targets are missed and maintain positive margin-bottom: 0in\"><span>A Bachelors Degree in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar technical discipline is required.</span></li>\n <li style=\" margin-bottom: 0in\"><span>A minimum of five (5) years of Manufacturing Engineering or Supplier Quality Engineering experience.</span></li>\n <li style=\" margin-bottom: 0in\"><span>Experience in Auditing ISO 9001, &nbsp;ISO14001/45000, ASME NQA-1 preferred.</span></li>\n <li style=\" margin-bottom: 0in\"><span>Experience with materials, manufacturing technologies, and manufacturing processes such as forging, casting, and machining.</span></li>\n <li style=\" margin-bottom: 0in\"><span>Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.</span></li>\n <li style=\" margin-bottom: 0in\"><span>Able to facilitate work with cross-functional groups to drive results.</span></li>\n <li style=\" margin-bottom: 0in\"><span><span>Up to 40% &nbsp;travel required.</span></span></li>\n <li style=\" margin-bottom: 0in\"><span>Proficient with Microsoft Office</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\" margin-bottom: 0in\"><span><span><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU
