Glaukos - Site of Care Director (Florida)
Transform the way ophthalmic care is delivered at Glaukos. As our Site of Care Director , you will lead strategic initiatives to expand access to our therapies across hospitals, IDNs, and large physician organizations—optimizing where and how patients receive care. This is your opportunity to drive enterprise adoption, improve surgical efficiency, and partner with health systems to deliver innovative therapies in the most cost-effective settings.
How You’ll Make an Impact

Enterprise Customer Engagement: Serve as the strategic liaison for hospitals, IDNs, and academic medical centers; cultivate relationships with perioperative leaders and procurement teams; guide integration of products into surgical service lines.
Surgical Pathway Optimization: Improve OR throughput, inventory management, and case flow to increase procedural capacity.
Implementation & Transition Planning: Develop customized roadmaps, training protocols, and procurement workflows for smooth enterprise adoption and site-of-care transitions.
Reimbursement & Policy Navigation: Partner with Market Access to support payer negotiations, coding/billing education, and policy monitoring for site-neutral and outpatient reimbursement models.
Education & Clinical Support: Provide onsite training and collaborate with KOLs to ensure best practices in surgical workflow and outcomes measurement.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Define KPIs tied to adoption, procedural growth, and financial impact; share insights with internal leadership and enterprise customers.
Launch & Commercial Support: Drive readiness and overcome barriers for new product launches or therapy line extensions.
How Will You Get Here?
15+ years in healthcare, with experience in surgical services, medical devices, ophthalmology, or site-of-care strategy.
Proven ability to engage hospitals, IDNs, or ASCs in a consultative, enterprise-level capacity.
Deep understanding of healthcare delivery models, outpatient reimbursement, and payer dynamics.
Strong project management, communication, and executive relationship-building skills.
Comfortable navigating complex clinical and operational environments without direct authority.
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
