This role focuses on the creative and technical aspects of interior design—delivering high-quality concepts, drawings, and specifications. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is enthusiastic about crafting functional, beautiful spaces across various sectors including education, hospitality, mixed-use and more.<br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\"><span>·       </span></span><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Listening to clients’ needs to determine initial goals and requirements for the space to be designed.</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\"><span>·       </span></span><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Collaborate with project teams including architects and engineers to develop design concepts, space planning layouts, and detailed drawings.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\"><span>·       </span></span><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Assist in preparing presentations, mood boards, and material samples to communicate design ideas to clients.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\"><span>·       </span></span><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Select and specify furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&amp;E), materials, and finishes.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\"><span>·       </span></span><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Produce technical drawings and documentation for design development and construction, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and reflected ceiling plans. As well as design graphics, renderings, and videos.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\"><span>·       </span></span><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Participating in site visits throughout completion of project </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\"><span>·       </span></span><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Maintains current design trends, materials, finishes, and sustainable practices.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\"><span>·       </span></span><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Manage portions of the design process independently while maintaining communication with the project lead.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\"><span>·       </span></span><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Performs other related duties as assigned.</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\"><span>·       </span></span><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Bachelor’s degree in interior design or related field. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\"><span>·       </span></span><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Minimum of 5 years of professional experience. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\"><span>·       </span></span><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\"><span>·       </span></span><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Excellent attention to details and organizational skills. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\"><span>·       </span></span><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\"><span>·       </span></span><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">NCIDQ certification is preferred but not required.<br></span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">No phone calls or third-party recruiters.
