You will gain vast industry experience that will open doors for you, extend your skillset and expand your perspective.</p>\n<h2>The Opportunity</h2>\n<p><strong>In this role you will:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinate multiple data centre campus development projects from Due Diligence and Master Planning through to execution, delivery & CA</li>\n <li>Develop Project Execution Plans that are aligned with client requirements and including communication plans and key events</li>\n <li>Ensure client satisfaction at every stage of the project, ensuring that key actions are taken to resolve issues as required</li>\n <li>Be an advocate for elevating our project management capabilities through standardization and automation across Linesight Data Centre projects</li>\n <li>Coach, mentor and train the wider team on continuous improvement techniques and standard methods for reporting results</li>\n <li>Be accountable for robust project governance and ensure that risks are reviewed on an ongoing basis and mitigating measures implemented where required</li>\n <li>Assist in the preparation of RFP & SOW documentation for the key project stakeholders</li>\n <li>Drive the development and management of Program Level reporting on project statuses relating to Schedule, Budget, Safety and Project Risk</li>\n <li>Drive Company Standards uniformly as it regards to Project & Program Delivery by all project participants on all projects</li>\n <li>Support bidding on new service requests, attending and leading engaging presentations to prospective new clients</li>\n <li>Assist with the recruitment process to deliver commissions and grow the business in line with the regional plan</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>We would love to hear from you if you:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Have grown your experience in data centre construction/project management +8 years with increasing levels of leadership and people management</li>\n <li>Have a degree or comparable experience in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or another construction related discipline</li>\n <li>Have experience in Hyperscale Data Center or large scale industrial/mission critical experience</li>\n <li>Have a passion for building your global team and developing and encouraging your employees through mentoring, coaching, and training on new techniques</li>\n <li>Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun</li>\n <li>Fluent in German, at least at B2 level </li>\n <li>Have the right to work in Germany </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About us</h2>\n<p>Linesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back.
