The Director will be responsible for providing oversight to client programs within complex utility accounts. The role partners closely with Strategic Program Managers, sales and operations teams to ensure operational alignment, consistent quality, and strong financial awareness across assigned accounts, while supporting regions in delivering effective, compliant customer solutions.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Leadership & Team Development</strong>  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage strategic installation operations for a $50M+ utility portfolio while guiding Program Managers through concurrent construction and integration projects  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, succession planning, and compliance-focused audits  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate across regional leadership, Sales, Engineering, and Operations to ensure program alignment and success  </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Program Oversight & Delivery</strong>  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure compliance with contract scope, schedule, budget, </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee resource planning, manpower forecasting, and subcontractor performance across sites  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct monthly reviews of project progress, performance, cost metrics (CPI/SPI), while tracking key performance metrics across projects </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Financial, Compliance & Client Engagement</strong>  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong business acumen with experience in P&L ownership, project margin management, and operational forecasting, while driving financial performance, including margins, change orders, overhead recovery, and approval of cost estimates and bid strategies  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients, serving as executive sponsor and company representative in high-level meetings and briefings  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct quality audits to ensure installation standards, documentation, and commissioning, while meeting contract and regulatory requirements  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Support business development through technical expertise, pricing strategy, and execution credibility  </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of five (5) years in program or installation leadership positions within the utilities or critical infrastructure environments </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of five (5) years of experience driving operational and financial performance while demonstrating strong financial acumen and a proven ability to build and develop teams  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Success managing large, multi-site programs or project portfolio's exceeding $50M+ aggregate value, with experience managing projects involving access control, CCTV, intrusion detection </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Current driver’s license if driving a company vehicle, or personal vehicle in the course of conducting business (e.g., client visits, attending networking events)  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to collaborate across stakeholders and regions, applying results-driven problem-solving to support client growth, employee engagement, and profitable business outcomes  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office and BI (Business Intelligence) tools for metrics analysis, reporting, automation, and presentations  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Willingness and ability to travel to remote locations up to 25%  </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous Strategic Accounts or National Accounts experience in a project management environment  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior work history in the electronic security system industry</li>\n <li>Contract management, construction management, estimating, and project management experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION:</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Salary Range: $150,000 - $185,000 annually + 20% bonus potential + auto allowance + gas card </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Vacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly.
