This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys bringing ideas to life, and is excited to support impactful marketing campaigns, events, and advertising partnerships. From collaborating &amp; supporting across departments to engaging with fans and partners in the community, this position plays a key role in being the glue that helps our sales and marketing teams deliver exceptional experiences and results.</p><p><strong>Daily Tasks of a Sales and Marketing Coordinator:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Assist with the creation and formatting of sales materials, media kits, presentations, and digital creative</li><li>Support the execution of station contests, promotions, events, street teams, and remote broadcasts</li><li>Coordinate logistics and communication related to partner campaigns, production sessions, and promotional initiatives</li><li>Support marketing and sales departments with campaign deliverables, pre- and post-sale reporting, and administrative processes</li><li>Run routine reports for Marketing Consultants, including billing support, commercial schedules, and order confirmations in WideOrbit</li><li>Gather and distribute airchecks, video clips, social content, and other partner deliverables as requested</li><li>Maintain working knowledge of Salesforce and assist Marketing Consultants with reporting, tracking, and account support</li><li>Assist with updating presentations and marketing materials for prospective and current advertising partners</li><li>Provide sales and marketing administrative support, including sales order entry, copy trafficking, digital campaign coordination, Jira ticket coordination, invoicing support, and related paperwork</li><li>Prepare and organize event and campaign recap materials</li><li>Participate in marketing and sales brainstorm meetings and provide support for promotional initiatives</li><li>Use research and AI tools to support team workflows and marketing efforts</li><li>Support coordination of promotional inventory, station materials, and event preparation as needed</li><li>Work GKB Milwaukee signature events and community events when needed</li><li>Maintain brand grid documentation and communicate deliverables, asset needs, timelines, and execution updates to internal teams</li><li>Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned</li><li>Be a Good Karma Brands ambassador by adhering to GKB&rsquo;s core values: Listen, Be Honest, Work Hard, Over Deliver, Teamwork, and Follow Through</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><br></p><p><strong>Preferred knowledge, skills, and qualifications:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Passion to be a part of a team and the ability to work independently</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to lead brainstorm sessions and ideate marketing solutions</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment</li><li>Personal sense of responsibility and accountability</li><li>Friendly, optimistic, and upbeat personality</li><li>Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Willingness to accept and provide feedback</li><li>Solution-oriented/problem-solver</li><li>With this career, you are required to hold a valid driver&rsquo;s license</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Hours/Salary/Benefits&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Pay Transparency:&nbsp;</strong>The salary for Milwaukee-based individuals applying for this role is $42,000 - $45,000. This is a non-exempt role with a competitive base salary and overtime eligible for hours worked over 40 per week.
