      "content": "<div>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Experience in the Centurion Project developing the software in a DoD environment is a plus.</li>\n<li>Basic Proficiency in Python, Django, JavaScript, HTML, PostgreSQL are a plus.</li>\n<li>Performs full software life cycle including: Design, develop, implement, and maintain applications within the Centurion Project.</li>\n<li>Interacting with customers to gather requirements and offering creative solutions, writing documentation, presenting project designs, performing user training and attending requirements meetings.</li>\n<li>Designs, develops, documents, tests and debugs applications software that contain logical and mathematical solutions.</li>\n<li>Utilize software engineering best practices (unit testing, code reviews, design documentation).</li>\n<li>Experience or understanding of OPIR ground reporting systems is a plus.</li>\n<li>Experience or understanding of NPES is a plus.</li>\n<li>Strong software troubleshooting, debugging, and analysis skills are a plus.</li>\n<li>Ability to \"emotionally disconnect\" and clearly express problems to project leaders when confronted with impossible requests or assumptions about how easy or simple things should be.</li>\n\n</ul></div>"
