    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold;\">Position:Patient Experience Expert(Egypt)</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold;\">Location: <span>Egypt</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Position Purpose</span></span><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">The purpose of the  </span>Patient Experience Expert<span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">/</span>Business Excellence &amp; Engagement<br> is to manage tasks under Business Excellence function in the region. </span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">The jobholder is required to help represent Axios in daily meetings with patients, doctors and external stakeholders and carry out administrative duties which will be both in<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"> the field</span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">office-based.</span></span><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Duties and Responsibilities</span></span><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Maintain consistent communication with hospitals, healthcare providers, distributors, dispensing providers, patients, charities, and any other relevant stakeholders.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Maintain positive feedback from the stakeholders.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Increase the Satisfaction of physicians. Ensure that Axios scope of work is clearly communicated and understood among stakeholders.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Communicate with all the stakeholders on behalf of the Axios, when needed. Liaise with Axios Regional and HQ Teams as needed.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Overseeing and managing the development of material, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create materials, medical education materials, and conference presentations.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Ensure that eligible patients are referred in the program(s) in a timely manner and in accordance with the project workflow and timelines.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Ensure that current patients receive their drugs quickly and efficiently.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Prepare timely monitoring reports (monthly) with patient numbers of referrals and logistics as well as quality assurance reports (quarterly) for internal review. This includes monitoring and tracking patient files in collaboration with Axios staff in “real time” as patients proceed through the program(s)</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Maintain and update electronic program files, including patient and quality assurance data</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Attending and completing Pharmacovigilance, Pharma and Product Training provided by the Client with a clear understanding of how to collect and report safety data</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Reporting any adverse events/product complaints as per client’s requirements and/or Axios SOPPs</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Conduct administrative duties for the office.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Work on new proposals or presentations under the business development and new launches department.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Your role also involves staying updated on the latest medical advancements, providing strategic guidance, and maintaining strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Conduct all program activities through exclusive use of Axios’ Patient Management System (PMS).</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">
