font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Designing and writing discussion guides, screeners, test protocols, and final reports</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Using online/remote tools for conducting research (e.g., Zoom, WebEx, GoToMeeting, etc.)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Conducting presentations with senior-level business managers and executives</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34);
