This position plays a critical role in supporting patients through detoxification, stabilization, residential treatment, and ongoing recovery while working alongside an interdisciplinary team dedicated to healing and long-term success.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Position Summary</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The Registered Nurse provides direct nursing care, medication administration, patient assessments, and clinical support for individuals receiving treatment for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. As an essential member of the multidisciplinary treatment team, the Registered Nurse ensures safe, effective, and compassionate care throughout the recovery journey.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Clinical Care &amp; Assessment</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Conduct nursing assessments and evaluate patient needs upon admission and throughout treatment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Complete individualized nursing care plans and monitor patient progress.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assess withdrawal symptoms and respond appropriately to medical concerns.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Participate in medical discharge planning and continuity of care efforts.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide direct nursing interventions while maintaining a calm and professional presence.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Medication Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with pharmacy and medical providers to ensure medication accuracy.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Monitor medication effectiveness, side effects, and adverse reactions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain accurate medication records and documentation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) protocols and patient education.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Collaboration &amp; Compliance</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain compliance with state licensing requirements, Joint Commission standards, and organizational policies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support quality improvement initiatives and patient safety efforts.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Utilize evidence-based nursing practices and professional standards.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Safety &amp; Patient Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Promote a safe, therapeutic, and recovery-focused environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist with crisis intervention, de-escalation, and safety planning.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support patients through detoxification, stabilization, and recovery services.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Minimum Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in West Virginia or compact state eligibility.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to pass background screening and drug screening.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong assessment, communication, documentation, and critical thinking skills.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
