These hands-off assessments require you to obtain claimant demographics, physician information, a current medication list, and evaluate the claimant’s functional level of independence.</p>\n                    <p>The assessment process also involves completing a brief cognitive screening and evaluating the claimant’s ability to complete ADL and IADL tasks.
