This contract-based role focuses on conducting clinical assessments (SRA, CSRA)  and ensuring service quality and compliance.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">In addition, this role serves as an Outpatient Therapist</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">, providing direct clinical services to individuals in need of ongoing mental health support.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">The position is hybrid, with flexibility to work remotely while providing oversight and support across our Ohio service region.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What You'll Be Doing</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Clinical &amp; Outpatient Therapy Responsibilities (Core Focus)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Provide individual outpatient therapy services, using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with Medicaid and OhioMHAS standards</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Monitor client progress and adjust interventions to support measurable outcomes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment when needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate with families, case managers, and other providers to ensure coordinated care</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Assessment &amp; Oversight</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Conduct and document SRA and CSRA assessments for individuals enrolled in services</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Leadership &amp; Compliance</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">In conjunction with the Program Director, collecting data for quarterly reporting and compliance tracking</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure alignment with Ohio MHAS and Medicaid guidelines</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Contribute to program documentation, policy development, and workflow improvements</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related CACREP-accredited field</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Current Ohio license (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT, IMFT) – residency in Ohio not required</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">1–2 years of direct clinical experience with mental health and/or substance use populations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experience providing outpatient therapy strongly preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong understanding of community-based mental health practices and service documentation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Certified in CPR/First Aid and behavioral management (or willing to obtain)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Valid driver’s license and clean record (if field-based work is required)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
