          "text": "<p>Reporting to the Associate Director, Investor Delivery, a list of your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Set up and maintain investor profiles accurately and efficiently as outlined by the investor in documents or requested updates thereafter</li><li>Processing transactions in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the fund offering documents, with attention to proper procedures and deadlines</li><li>Assist with the organization’s FATCA/CRS service offering to our clients</li><li>Prepare wire payments and account transfer transactions through various banking platforms to settle distributions, and transfer approved dealing proceeds to the client trading account</li><li>Prepare periodic fund activity reports for submission to relevant clients or their regulatory bodies, reporting, including statement of holdings, shareholder registers, and audit confirmations, etc</li><li>Respond to queries from Clients, Investors, Fund Managers or internal MUFG Departments following a high-quality standard, and provide assistance and guidance to the team members in query responses, provide guidance to colleagues within the team in daily tasks, processes and deliverables</li><li>Participate in regular team check-in meetings/calls sharing information, ideas and supporting colleagues in a positive team culture</li><li>Support management in department initiatives, projects, risk mitigation</li><li>Support and Promote MUFG's core values of Trust, Challenge &amp; Empowerment, Passion for Clients and Openness and Honesty</li></ul>",
