In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining various types of cranes for construction and material handling operations.</p><ul><li>Operate mobile cranes, tower cranes, and other lifting equipment safely and efficiently</li><li>Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks</li><li>Calculate load weights and ensure proper rigging techniques</li><li>Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations</li><li>Communicate effectively with ground crews and other construction team members</li><li>Interpret and follow lift plans and project specifications</li><li>Maintain accurate logs of operations and safety checks</li><li>Monitor weather conditions that may impact crane operations</li><li>Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately</li></ul>",
