The ideal candidate will perform these tasks while maintaining a positive and productive relationship with ACI Jet’s employees, vendors, and clients by personally performing these duties or through subordinate staff members.</p><p><br><strong>Reports To:</strong><br>The Facility Custodian will report directly to the Facilities Lead Porter.</p><p><br><strong>Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform daily detailed cleaning of all ACI Jet facilities</li><li>Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning duties</li><li>Observes appearances and conditions of facilities and reports needed repairs, safety hazards, or conditions requiring service to Facilities/GSE Lead</li><li>Use company vehicle to retrieve supplies and materials necessary for completion of duties</li><li>Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.</li><li>Ensures all ACI Jet maintenance requests are responded to in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Ensures the safety and quality of all assigned duties and responsibilities by actively and positively participating in ACI Jet’s SQMS program.</li></ul>",
