When flights are in the air—we work.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Own</strong></p><p><strong>Leadership &amp; Team Development</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and develop Station Leaders across Texas (AUS, IAH, DAL/DFW)</li><li>Build strong, accountable leadership teams aligned to company standards</li><li>Drive hiring, coaching, and performance management across all locations</li></ul><p><strong>Financial &amp; Business Performance</strong></p><ul><li>Full P&amp;L responsibility across the Texas region</li><li>Control labor, overtime, and operational costs</li><li>Partner with executive leadership to drive profitability and growth</li></ul><p><strong>Operational Execution</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure safety, reliability, and on-time service across all stations</li><li>Enforce DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards</li><li>Monitor KPIs and take action to improve performance</li></ul><p><strong>Field Leadership</strong></p><ul><li>Regular travel to Austin, Houston, and Dallas/DFW stations</li><li>Hands-on support during audits, incidents, and operational challenges</li><li>Act as a visible leader in the field—this is not a desk role</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li>$125,000 base salary + performance bonus</li><li>Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance</li><li>401(k) with Company Match</li><li>Life Insurance</li><li>Paid Time Off</li></ul><p><strong>Why SkyHop Global?</strong></p><p>We’re a fast-growing, service-driven company trusted by major airlines nationwide.
