Your faithfulness will be expected for your local church, not Cornerstone.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>JOB DESCRIPTION: Church Planter<br>Direct Supervisor: Ben Jensen<br>Job Title: Church Planter<br>This is a FULL-TIME staff position</p>\n<p><br>Job Responsibilities</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare yourself for church planting<br>- Regular development via coaching and self-led reading, studying, etc<br>- Assessment and other necessary trainings<br><br></li>\n<li>Prepare your church as an organization<br>- Create initial organizational documents<br>- Create church budget, vision statements and materials<br><br></li>\n<li>Prepare your people to be a church<br>- Regular meetings and recruitment of your core team<br>- Shepherding your core team as you transition to a new church<br>- Evangelism and outreach in your community<br>- Recruit and develop key positions<br><br></li>\n<li>Travel as needed for planting preparations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>JOB EVALUATION<br>Your Job Description will be the basis of regular evaluation and coaching. Your direct supervisor will inspect what they expect from you as an employee.</p>",
