Maintain </span><span>the Picture of Success at the Stores</span><br><span>(Primary Location + All Secondary Displays)</span></p>\n<p><span>2. Ensure plano</span><span>gram is followed, </span><span>P</span><span>ricing is </span><span>V</span><span>isible and </span><span>S</span><span>pecials are </span><span>H</span><span>ighlig</span><span>hted</span></p>\n<p><span>3. Special Branding and </span><span>E</span><span>xecution of any planned and approved </span><span>CPW</span><span> and DCS Promotional Activities at </span><span>S</span><span>tore </span><span>L</span><span>evel</span></p>\n<p><span>4. Reset the Store when needed by </span><span>removing all</span><span> Old POP, </span><span>Shelf Paper, </span><span>etc and </span><span>replace with New P</span><span>OP</span></p>\n<p><span>5. Monitor Competitive </span><span>Activities and bring </span><span>Insights </span><span>(</span><span>on </span><span>Pricing, New Products</span><span> introduced, number of locations available, </span><span>Pic</span><span>ture of Success, </span><span>etc)</span></p>\n<p><span>6. Assist in conducting Pricing Surveys on a Quarterly basis.</span></p>\n<p><span>7. Provide supplement merchandising service at</span><span> store level, when special promotional activations are required.</span></p>\n<p><span>8. Any other task/project as proposed by the </span><span>Category Manager</span><span>.</span></p>\n<p><span><br></span></p>\n<p><span><br></span></p>\n<p><span>Reporting Requirements </span><span>to be submitted to the </span><span>Category Managers</span><span> and </span><span>TMM:</span></p>\n<p><span><br></span></p>\n<p><span>Daily visi</span><span>bility of</span><br><span>planned route</span><span>s and Stores to be Serviced</span></p>\n<p><span>P</span><span>rovide </span><span>P</span><span>hotos of </span><span>E</span><span>xecutions.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Requirements:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>1.
