This position will assist in the lending process of SPA loan requests through proper documentation while balancing service, quality compliance, and relationship building.</p>\n<h2>What We're Looking For</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Works closely with SPA Lenders to review loan application packages for completeness and accuracy.</li>\n <li>Review and prepare supporting documentation such as Trust Agreements and Business Papers.</li>\n <li>Assists with the approval process of outgoing SPA advances.</li>\n <li>Obtains and updates daily index rate changes in the loan system.</li>\n <li>Communicate with the Operations Manager and Lending Department to help ensure proper time management of the filing process.</li>\n <li>Provides customer service to internal and external customers.</li>\n <li>Understands and complies with industry regulations.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Understand and comply with all regulations, including the Community Reinvestment Act, Bank Secrecy Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, etc.</li>\n <li>Communication skills, both written and verbal.</li>\n <li>Organizational skills and detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.</li>\n <li>Team-oriented, possesses a positive attitude, and works well with others.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Education & Experience</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum Required: High School Diploma or equivalent experience.</li>\n <li>Minimum Required: 0-2 years of customer service experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Licenses & Credentials</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum Required: None.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Systems & Technology</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About Stifel</h2>\n<p>Stifel is more than 130 years old and still thinking like a start-up.
