font-size: 14px\">Scorpios Bodrum is seeking for a Housekeeping Supervisor that will assist the Housekeeping Manager in upholding employee appearance and performance standards, developing and delivering effective training, and ensuring compliance with safety and health protocols.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\">Deliver exceptional guest satisfaction aligning with Scorpios SOPs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\">Proactively exceed guest expectations with superior service. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\">Manage guest requests efficiently. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\">Inspect guestrooms, corridors, and pantry areas daily to maintain top cleanliness standards. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\">Prioritize room readiness based on guest arrival times. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\">Provide guest assistance, direction, and information promptly. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\">Conduct daily briefings with Housekeeping Attendants to ensure all special requests are met. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\">Address emergency situations with competence.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\">Use Scorpios Duties and Responsibilities to drive guest satisfaction and team alignment. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\">Train, supervise, and evaluate Room Attendants, fostering a productive and innovative team environment. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\">Implement planned assignments from the Executive Housekeeper effectively. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\">Perform administrative tasks, including room status updates and managing engineering requests. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\">Uphold the Safe &amp; Sound program in designated areas. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\">Ensure team punctuality, proper appearance, and hygiene in line with Scorpios grooming standards. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\">Facilitate impactful training programs in coordination with the Learning &amp; Development Manager. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\">Provide ongoing support and feedback to Departmental Trainers. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\">At least 2 years of supervisory experience in the housekeeping department of a premium hospitality environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\"> Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to lead a team and engage with guests.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\"> Comprehensive knowledge of best practices in housekeeping, as well as sanitation standards and safety protocols in the hospitality sector.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\"> Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a record of managing, empowering, and driving a diverse workforce.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
