          "text": "<p><strong><u>Summary</u></strong></p><p>At HWI, the Lead Service Representative is an essential part of customer service. A successful Lead Service Representative will act as on-site technical liaison to the customer, ensuring we meet multiple demands in a timely manner. This role requires a high level of engagement and customer interaction at various locations.  </p><ul><li>Oversee and participate in the installation of refractories products or services.</li><li>Assessing product performance, responding to challenges with effectiveness.</li><li>Developing and maintaining customer relationships and providing positive customer impression of our products and company.</li><li>Provide periodic reports on activities and occurrences at site.         </li><li>Safeguard operation and maintenance of on-site machinery.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety requirements and standards. </li></ul><p><strong><u>Requirements </u></strong></p><ul><li><u><strong>Physical Activity</strong>:</u>  Requires more than 2/3 of the time talking or hearing; 1/3 to 2/3 of time standing, walking, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling; requires less than 1/3 of the time sitting, using hands and fingers, climbing, balancing and tasting or smelling</li><li><strong><u>Lifting</u></strong><strong>:</strong>  Requires lifting up to 50 pounds 1/3 to 2/3 of the time; and lifting up to 25 pounds less than 1/3 of the time.</li><li><strong><u>Vision</u></strong>:  Requires accurate close, distance, depth and peripheral vision, including the ability to adjust focus.</li><li><strong><u>Environment</u></strong><strong>:</strong>  Requires 1/3 to 2/3 of the time in wet or humid conditions, working near moving mechanical parts, working in high, precarious places and being exposed to fumes, airborne particles and outdoor weather conditions, and near vibration and less than 1/3 of the time in an office setting, exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals; in extreme heat or cold, and at risk of electrical shock.</li><li><u><strong>Noise</strong>:</u>  Requires working in loud conditions.</li></ul>",
