    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities & Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The ​Senior Enterprise Architect is expected to be able to accomplish the following:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Leading and engaging in information/data management projects including the Enterprise Information Architecture, information models and flows, data dictionaries, data standards, and data quality standards and processes.  </li>\n <li>Developing and maintaining the logical Enterprise Information Architecture that enables seamless information interoperability of systems from transaction systems, document management systems and information delivery systems.  </li>\n <li>Solid understanding of transaction and information systems, data warehouses, data marts, ODS, MDM methodologies and life cycle as well as ETL and MDM technologies.  </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Active TS/SCI + CI Poly clearance</li>\n <li>BS, 12-15 years of relevant experience; MS, 10-12 years; PhD, 10+ years</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Posesses at least one advanced enterprise architecture or professional-level cloud architecture certification \n  <ul>\n   <li>Certified Enterprise Architect (CEA) – FEAC </li>\n   <li>Zachman Certified Enterprise Architect </li>\n   <li>COBIT 2019 Design & Implementation </li>\n   <li>DoDAF 2.0 / 2.02 formal training </li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>TOGAF® 9/10 Certified OR equivalent DoD-recognized EA framework certification </li>\n <li>ITIL® 4 Foundation </li>\n <li>DoD/Federal Cybersecurity Compliance Certification required (CISSP, Certified Authorization Professional (CAP), CCSP or CISM) </li>\n <li>Zero Trust Architecture training  </li>\n <li>Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) </li>\n <li>VMware VCAP (Data Center Virtualization) </li>\n <li>Dell EMC Proven Professional (Architect track) </li>\n <li>NetApp Certified Data Architect </li>\n <li>Proven experience in developing information architectures aligned information lifecycle management.  </li>\n <li>Proven experience performing conceptual, logical and physical data modeling with data modeling tools and database design in complex, large-scale data environments.  </li>\n <li>Proven experience in transactional data modeling, dimensional modeling, and object-oriented modeling. Proven experience in developing scalable design of entities using advanced data structures  </li>\n <li>(e.g., tall tables) is a plus.  </li>\n <li>Experience in developing data models that support, inter alia, time dependency, historical tracings, taxonomies (simple and complex), and multilingual data. Knowledge of application modeling languages/techniques (e.g., UML, OML, entity relationship modeling, DFDs) including the ability to create and read the associated diagrams.  </li>\n <li>Proven experience creating enterprise models incorporating master and reference data. Experience in the creation of data dictionaries, defining metadata management approaches, and governance processes.  </li>\n <li>Experience in developing and implementing IT architecture plans, Enterprise Information Architecture standards and guidelines, software development methodologies, and strategic plans.  </li>\n <li>Experience in developing data sharing standards and architecting scalable service-oriented solutions.  </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to join our Task Order proposal on the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise III (SITE III).
