We aspire to create a culture that's built on trust, care, inclusion, and fun – where everyone can succeed. Join us to transform the way the world works. This role will be based in New York, Chicago, or San Francisco. At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. The LinkedIn Go-To-Market Enablement (GTME) team is seeking a Manager, Program Activation to lead a global team responsible for delivering high-quality enablement experiences across our Global Business Organization (GBO). This team serves as the activation engine for GTME, ensuring that evergreen programs and Tier 1 priorities are effectively delivered, adopted, and embedded into seller and manager workflows. This role owns delivery excellence at scale—setting the bar for facilitation craft, ensuring readiness before launch, and driving consistent, high-impact experiences across regions and lines of business. As a global people leader, you will oversee a distributed team of facilitators and own capacity planning, prioritization, and delivery strategy across competing program demands. You will partner closely with LOB and program teams, acting as a field-informed thought partner and quality gate, ensuring programs are designed and deployed for real-world effectiveness—while maintaining clear ownership boundaries across content, delivery, and systems. This role will play a key part in evolving how enablement is delivered—leveraging AI and modern learning approaches to increase scale, personalization, and impact. Responsibilities: Program Activation & Delivery Excellence Own end-to-end activation of evergreen and Tier 1 enablement programs, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across GBO  Serve as a quality gate for delivery readiness, ensuring clarity of objectives, audience fit, and facilitation strategy before launch  Translate program strategy into scalable activation plans (facilitation, reinforcement, field adoption)  Global Delivery Management & Operations Own delivery operations including scheduling, staffing, capacity planning, and vendor management  Drive prioritization across evergreen and Tier 1 programs, ensuring resource alignment to highest-impact work  Build operational rigor and repeatable systems to enable efficient, scalable delivery  Facilitation Craft & Experience Design Define and uphold a high bar for facilitation excellence (engagement, credibility, adaptability, business relevance)  Coach and develop a team of generalist facilitators to deliver across diverse programs and audiences  Establish best practices across virtual, in-person, hybrid and at scale delivery, evolving toward modern, AI-enabled learning experiences  Cross-Functional Partnership & Field Voice Partner with LOB and program teams on activation strategy and delivery readiness  Serve as a field voice with influence, providing insights on engagement, adoption, and impact  Maintain clear ownership boundaries across delivery, content, and systems  Measurement & Continuous Improvement Define and track success metrics across delivery (adoption, engagement, impact, facilitator quality)  Use data and feedback to drive continuous improvement  Evolve toward business and behavior change outcomes  Team Leadership Lead and develop a globally distributed facilitation team  Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning  Develop talent across facilitation, operations, and stakeholder management Basic Qualifications 5+ years in enablement, facilitation, learning delivery, or program management  2+ years of leadership experience  Experience delivering global or multi-regional programs  Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated ability to operationalize and prioritize ongoing requirements  Exposure to and comfort with AI-enabled learning approaches  Exceptional facilitation and audience engagement skills  Experience scaling delivery or enablement functions  Strong operational rigor and capacity planning experience  Ability to balance standardization with flexibility  Strong stakeholder management skills  Experience in global, matrixed environments  Proven experience in scaling best practices and influencing without authority  Facilitation Excellence & Experience Design  Suggested Skills Program Activation & Scalable Execution  Operational Planning & Capacity Management  Stakeholder Influence & Cross-Functional Collaboration  Data-Driven Decision Making  Global Team Leadership  LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $115,000 - $186,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
