If you’re ready to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced environment that thrives on collaboration and growth, we want you to be part of our team.</i></span></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span><strong>Role Overview&nbsp;</strong></span></p>\n<p><span>This position will be an important part of the Bentonville based Fanatics team responsible for the business analytics, assortment completeness, seasonal cadence, store assignments, and modular presentation across an omni-channel for sports licensed products.&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span>The Modular Specialist responsibility to objectively and unbiasedly provide efficient and professional modular recommendations on the entire sports licensed product category.&nbsp; This includes drawing and delivering store-by-store modulars to execute at the store level for a multitude of projects.</span></p>\n<p><span><strong>how you will make an impact:</strong></span></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Working hand-in-hand with our team to develop visual merchandising recommendations for stores nationwide.</span></li>\n <li><span>Drawing modulars and other forms of plan-o-grams utilizing&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Blue Yonder Space Planning software that represent best in class recommendations for in-store displays.</span></li>\n <li><span>Presenting licensed product in well thought-out and easy to understand collections that tell a story for the consumer.</span></li>\n <li><span>Timely delivery of clear, concise and complete space planning designs that align with traited stores.</span></li>\n <li><span>Proactively changing displays to promote new products, special feature offerings or seasonal programs that can be executed at the store level.</span></li>\n <li><span>Creating ways to make merchandising and store set-up easier, faster, and more efficient.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Understanding Scintilla and the functionality of this software.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>The ability to be comfortable conversing with these audiences and taking direction to improve the merchandising.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span><strong>what you bring to the team:</strong></span></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Associate Arts or Bachelor’s degree</span></li>\n <li><span>3 – 5 years experience of merchandising, plan-o-gram and presentation development, with high modular count and high sku count</span></li>\n <li><span>Advanced&nbsp; Blue Yonder space planning proficiency</span></li>\n <li><span>Proficiency with modular development software, JDA Space Planning, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.</span></li>\n <li><span>Comfortable making presentations in a high-performance environment.</span></li>\n <li><span>Demonstrated healthy team dynamics and the understanding of collaboration on projects.</span></li>\n <li><span>The ability to work to hit deadlines complete with accurate information.</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to sit and/or stand continuously</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to travel for business and presentation purposes, less than 5% of time</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span><i>At Fanatics, we value transparency and honesty.
