Master&rsquo;s degree or CPA (a plus).</li><li>5&ndash;7 years of related accounting experience.</li><li>Strong technical accounting (GAAP), month-end close, journal entries/accruals, balance sheet reconciliations/variance investigation, cash management and bank reconciliations; excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software; ability to prepare tax reports.</li><li><strong>Candidates must currently possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role.</strong></li></ul><p><strong>What will set you apart:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li>Experience with SAP by Design ERP&nbsp;</li><li>Multi-entity accounting and intercompany transactions; full balance sheet and P&amp;L responsibility; audit support; manufacturing/distribution or inventory-related accounting (GR/IR, WIP) a plus; experience in private equity&ndash;sponsored company.</li><li>Experience working in a manufacturing environment and distribution experience.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong><br>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand and walk to communicate and listen effectively.
