    "requisitionDescription": "\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.13.17/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.13.17/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.13.17/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"></div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong><u>Commission Service Technician</u></strong></p><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>The Commission Service Technician repairs, customizes, maintains, or overhauls both customer and dealer owned motor vehicles as close to the allotted time schedule as possible with excellent quality.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>None</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Duties/Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Prioritize for 100% productivity goals and keep close to goal as possible</li><li>Use factory specifications as standard in all repair, service, and customization work</li><li>Provide excellent customer service for all customers in any area of the dealership, specifically offering dependable vehicle service</li><li>Receive service assignments from service consultant or Service Manager</li><li>Set goals, develop skills and strive to increase efficiency in skill level</li><li>Complete repairs within specified time parameters</li><li>Determine parts needed for particular job and submit request immediately</li><li>Inform Service Consultant or Service Manager of any supplemental work and/or delays to estimated completion time</li><li>Aid Service Consultant as needed to write work orders, conduct test rides, interact with customers to build customer loyalty providing outstanding service</li><li>Maintain clean, efficient work area and assist in keeping shop neat and organized</li><li>Complete and file paperwork after every completed job</li><li>Keep technical qualifications current by completing required training programs</li><li>Present customers&rsquo; vehicles in pristine condition upon completion of work order</li><li>Reduce and/or eliminate return repairs by completing each job thoroughly and completely to enforce excellent customer service with cheerful disposition when accepting returned vehicles for additional work</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Required Skills/Abilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Read and comprehend instructions and information</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Ability to meet company&rsquo;s production and quality standards</li><li>Possess/own both basic and special tools to properly diagnose and service products as specified by Service Manager</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Education &amp; Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Valid Driver&rsquo;s License</li><li>High school diploma (or equivalent)</li><li>Factory authorized training program (i.e. MMI Service School)&mdash;or equivalent work experience</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Must be able to work safely in a noisy area with many odors present.</li><li>Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.</li><li>Must be able to inspect vehicle to determine repairs needed.</li><li>Good vision to inspect repair work.</li><li>Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat to perform repairs and inspections.</li></ul>\n    </div>\n  \n",
