You will work closely with technical staff, project managers, business line leaders, and executive leadership to help position the firm for success across strategic pursuits.</p><p><br></p><p>While this role includes management responsibilities for a small marketing support team, the primary focus remains hands-on proposal coordination, content development, and pursuit support within a fast-paced AEC environment.</p><p><br></p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sr. Marketing Coordinator or proposal professional, looking to take the next step into a people leadership role while continuing to stay actively involved in proposal strategy and production.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Position Overview:</u></strong></p><p>As a <strong>Marketing Manager</strong>, you will oversee the proposal development process from kickoff through submission while providing day-to-day guidance and coordination for marketing support staff. You will ensure deliverables are accurate, compliant, visually compelling, and aligned with company branding and messaging standards.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;</u></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Lead and coordinate the development of RFQs, RFPs, SOIs, interview presentations, and other business development deliverables.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage the full proposal development process, including scheduling, compliance reviews, document assembly, and final submission.&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare, write, edit, and proofread technical proposals, qualifications packages, and marketing materials.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with technical staff and subject matter experts to gather content and develop graphics, charts, and visuals that support proposal messaging.&nbsp;</li><li>Review and edit technical content for clarity, grammar, consistency, and overall quality, while maintaining technical accuracy.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure all deliverables comply with client requirements, deadlines, formatting standards, and company branding.&nbsp;</li><li>Track and manage active pursuits, including schedules, assignments, submission status, and debrief information.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain and update proposal content libraries, resumes, project descriptions, and marketing collateral.&nbsp;</li><li data-pasted=\"true\">Provide day-to-day oversight, mentoring, and workload coordination for Marketing Assistants and support staff.&nbsp;</li><li>Leverage emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools to improve proposal efficiency, content development, organization, and marketing workflows.</li><li>Assist with training and development of junior marketing team members.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors as needed to support proposal and marketing efforts.&nbsp;</li><li>Support broader marketing and business development initiatives as needed.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p><strong><u>What You&rsquo;ll Bring:</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience within the AEC industry in marketing, proposals, or business development support.&nbsp;</li><li>Prior experience coordinating or mentoring junior staff preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong understanding of public-sector procurement processes, including RFQs and RFPs.&nbsp;</li><li>Proven experience managing proposals from kickoff through submission.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.&nbsp;</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).&nbsp;</li><li data-pasted=\"true\">Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated ability to leverage technology and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, organization, and proposal development workflows.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Why PRIME AE:</u></strong></p><p>We don&rsquo;t just fill positions; we invest in people.</p><p><br></p><p>At PRIME AE, you&rsquo;ll find a supportive, flexible environment where careers are built intentionally, not accidentally.
