We are first and foremost looking for great PEOPLE to continue to build our culture and serve as coaches, role models, and teachers for our athletes! <br></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul></ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Responsibilities:</span></span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Arrive 20 minutes early to prep the courts for scheduled NEVBC team practices (adjusting nets, setting up courts, greeting athletes, etc)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Attend and lead your team’s practices and tournaments, including instructing players, running drills, and coordinating team schedules during tournament play</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Consistently communicate expectations and provide positive feedback during practices and matches.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Communicate consistently with athletes and parents via LeagueApps/team chat</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Act as the first point of contact for all players and parents on your team</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Notify your Program Director and arrange coverage for absences,</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Programs Available:</span></span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Boys Open, Club, &amp; Academy level teams U14-U18</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Compensation:</span></span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Estimated total compensation for the season varies by team and commitment level </span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Open &amp; Club Teams: $4,800+</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Academy Teams: </span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">$2,800+</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Hotels and flights are covered for all travel tournaments, plus additional stipend to cover gas and food </span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Boys Season &amp; Practice Schedule: </span></span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Practices run early October to early March, with some of the top Open level teams coming back for postseason in June before nationals (June to early July)</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Open &amp; Club teams (3x weekly): Mon PM/Thursday PM/Saturday AM</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Academy teams (2x weekly): Mon PM/Sun PM</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>",
