This role will ensure strong quality and compliance across validation, qualification, calibration, maintenance, and manufacturing support activities. This role also partners closely with Manufacturing, R&amp;D, Technical Services, and Operational Quality to ensure compliance, strengthen quality systems, and support delivery of safe, high quality AROA products.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide QA oversight for validation, qualification, process changes, calibration, and maintenance</li>\n<li>Ensure calibration and maintenance records are accurate and compliant</li>\n<li>Review quality events and ensure effective root cause analysis and CAPAs</li>\n<li>Provide QA input into projects and validation planning</li>\n<li>Support specifications, and material/equipment suitability</li>\n<li>Contribute to process FMEA (pFMEA) development and maintenance.</li>\n<li>Provide technical support for equipment and process troubleshooting.</li>\n<li>Lead, coach, and develop the QA Technical team</li>\n<li>Manage workload, priorities, and team performance</li>\n<li>Support team development and capability building</li>\n<li>Promote a high performance and collaborative team culture</li>\n<li>Drive continuous improvement across validation and quality systems</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you’ll bring:</span></p>\n<p>Minimum of 5+ years’ QA experience in medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing, including leadership experience. Strong knowledge of cGMP, ISO 13485, and 21 CFR Part 820 is essential.
