CarboNet specializes in clean chemistry for industrial water treatment, with a focus on innovating new polymers and chemical processes. Our production team keeps pace with our chemistry — turning breakthrough formulations into consistent, high-quality product at scale.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Role</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We’re looking for an experienced Production Operator to join our Delta facility and play a central role in the day-to-day manufacturing of our water treatment chemical products. This is a hands-on, in-person role where you’ll work closely with our technical and operations teams to safely produce, optimize, and ship chemical products at production scale.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You’ll report to the Plant Manager and receive thorough onboarding and training in our materials, processes, and safety systems – including WHMIS, TDG, and First Aid where applicable.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Production &amp; Formulation</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare, blend, and batch chemical formulations according to established recipes and SOPs</li>\n<li>Operate and monitor production equipment through full batch cycles</li>\n<li>Support scale-up activities as production volumes grow</li>\n<li>Assist in optimizing batch workflows, throughput, and process consistency</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Process Development &amp; Documentation</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accurately document batch data, observations, yields, and performance metrics</li>\n<li>Work with the technical team to test and refine production processes</li>\n<li>Apply knowledge of hands-on production processes to assist in the development and maintenance of SOPs and production batch records</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Quality Control</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform QA/QC checks on raw materials and finished chemical products</li>\n<li>Maintain clear, accurate records of product performance indicators throughout batch production</li>\n<li>Track consistency across batches, identify issues, and support troubleshooting</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Equipment &amp; Facility</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment</li>\n<li>Perform basic repairs on pumps, valves, and other mechanical equipment</li>\n<li>Uphold a clean, safe, and organized production environment at all times</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Operations &amp; Logistics</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support shipping, receiving, and general production logistics</li>\n<li>Contribute to team meetings and report on production progress and issues</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who You Are</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>4+ years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or chemical processing environment</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with chemical mixing, batching, or formulation work</li>\n<li>Familiarity with process documentation: SOPs, batch records, and quality logs</li>\n<li>Experience operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting production equipment</li>\n<li>Experience with using hand tools and power tools for construction and mechanical troubleshooting</li>\n<li>Experience operating a counterbalance forklift and/or reach truck</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent, high-quality output</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Human Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Practical, solutions-oriented problem solver who takes initiative</li>\n<li>Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment</li>\n<li>Clear communicator and collaborative team player</li>\n<li>Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods</li>\n<li>Ability to lift up to 50lbs</li>\n<li>Takes safety seriously – for yourself, your teammates, and the facility</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nice to Have</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>WHMIS, TDG (Transport of Dangerous Goods), or First Aid certification (training will be provided for required certifications)</li>\n<li>Forklift Operator’s license (training will be provided to ensure valid license)</li>\n<li>Experience with water treatment chemicals and/or specialty chemicals</li>\n<li>Experience supporting production scale-up facilities</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Meaningful work at the intersection of water, chemistry, and technology</li>\n<li>High ownership and the opportunity to directly shape how we build and scale production</li>\n<li>Collaborative, tight-knit team that values your input and expertise</li>\n<li>Room for career growth as CarboNet scales</li>\n</ul>",
