          "text": "<p>The Software Team is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to help bridge the gap between complex hardware and exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will collaborate across disciplines interfacing directly with IC design, firmware, and marketing teams to build intuitive, customer-facing software that unlocks the full potential of our silicon. As part of one of Renesas’s fastest-growing product lines, your work will directly impact how clients interact with our next-generation SoC technology. If you thrive on cross-functional problem solving, master multiple programming paradigms, and want to work in an environment with zero artificial barriers to your growth, we want to hear from you.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Design, develop, test, and maintain software that meets the needs of both customers and internal teams</li><li>Gather and drive clarity on software requirements from diverse groups including customers, application engineers, hardware, and firmware engineers</li><li>Contribute to both existing and new projects, covering a broad range of languages and scope. We use Java, Kotlin and Python, Typescript/React</li><li>Collaborate with applications and systems engineers to troubleshoot systems failures and propose software remedies</li><li>Participate in code reviews for fellow team members</li></ul>",
