    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Order Specialist is responsible for performing daily customer order management tasks that ensure timely, accurate processing of orders and organization of the stockroom. We foster a culture built around our Foundation Principles, which define how we approach our relationships with our employees, vendors, customers and communities and influence every aspect of our business. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Pulls and prepares customer orders for pickup </li>\n <li>Ensures that the quantity of customer orders are evaluated each day for successful execution to meet the demand for Curbside Pick Up and Local Delivery requests</li>\n <li>Executes all daily tasks so that all orders are completed on time</li>\n <li>Communicates and follows up with customers on issues regarding their orders, all the way through resolution</li>\n <li>Manages the stockroom ensuring it is organized and well-maintained to support visual and selling efforts of the store</li>\n <li>Adheres to the time expectations established for the role, performing tasks with accuracy and timeliness, while exhibiting pace and attention to detail</li>\n <li>Maintains and down stocks the Elfa product area in the Stock room </li>\n <li>Performs daily locations audits on customers’ orders</li>\n <li>Executes changes to staging locations and Elfa Pull Sequence</li>\n <li>Reviews and takes timely action on the Product Not Arriving as Expected Report</li>\n <li>Identifies and helps to develop a strong, efficient order processing team that contributes to a positive customer experience with Curbside Pickup and Local Delivery </li>\n <li>Understands our sales goals and holds them self and the staff accountable for achieving those goals</li>\n <li>Leads the salesfloor and performs other tasks or duties in partnership with the Managers</li>\n <li>Actively engages with customers to solve their organizational challenges</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>We believe in taking care of our team. </strong>That's why we offer a comprehensive benefits package that goes beyond just health insurance (though we've got that covered too!).
