Description
Plans & Policy Officer (PPO)/Executive Officer (EXO)
Location: McLean/Dulles (fully on-site, no remote options)
**Please do NOT apply if you do not have an active Poly clearance. Those without a Poly will not be considered.**
Bespoke Technologies, Inc. is seeking Executive Officers (XO) to support our client’s challenging operational requirements at multiple locations in Northern Virginia. Potential candidates will be responsible for coordinating complex issues and actions across the customer organization and the broader Intelligence Community. Core duties include the review, vetting, prioritization, assignment, tracking, and submission of completed tasking in response to internal and external information requests. Executive Officers prepare talking points, read-ahead books and background papers in support of policy meetings and liaison visits. They will support office leadership in developing policies, strategies, and plans to advance the Customer’s mission. Candidates can also be expected to assist with congressional information requests, briefings, and budgetary issues.
Required Qualifications
Current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph level of security clearance; candidates who do not possess the required clearance will be disqualified Bachelor’s degree and at least 3+ years of relevant professional experience Familiarity with cable writing and classified databases, including specific targeting tools Strong briefing and writing skills as well as the ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision
Desired Qualifications Experience in Intelligence Operations / Analysis / Support to Field Operations Experience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field office
Required Qualifications: Level 2: requires 3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree Level 3: requires 7 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree Level 4: requires 12 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree Level 5: requires 20 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree
**Five (5) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for a college degree .
