You will use your strong attention to detail to maintain our quality standards.</p>\n<p>·          The ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, especially the ability to meet tight deadlines for our clients.</p>\n<p>·          Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>·          Review daily reports to ensure completion of assigned duties.</p>\n<p>·          Review title reports for clearance and to assure all items are accounted for marketable title.</p>\n<p>·          Address inquiries from client, senior lien holders, claims departments, underwriting counsel, foreclosure attorneys and internal</p>\n<p>           staff professionally and in a timely manner.</p>\n<p>·          Maintain open communication with management and client.</p>\n<p>·          Obtain releases and LOI’s for clients under agreed service level agreements.</p>\n<p>·          Resolve rejected curative issues.</p>\n<p>·          Attend and participate in team meetings.</p>\n<p>.          Perform all other duties as assigned.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>·          High School diploma or equivalent required.</p>\n<p>·          Practical work experience within real estate industry.</p>\n<p>·          Working knowledge of foreclosure proceedings and ability to read/understand foreclosure reports.  </p>\n<p>·          Proven customer service skills.</p>\n<p>.          Must be able to use and have advanced computer skills and be proficient in the Microsoft software products</p>",
