The position translates complex scientific and technical information into practical tools and guidance for clinicians, leaders, and stakeholders.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop clinical support tools and operational documentation.</li>\n <li>Draft standard operating procedures (SOPs).</li>\n <li>Prepare technical reports and project documentation.</li>\n <li>Support development of implementation plans and user guides.</li>\n <li>Translate scientific findings into actionable products.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with DoD formatting and publication requirements.</li>\n <li>Clinical support tools</li>\n <li>SOPs</li>\n <li>Project reports</li>\n <li>Implementation plans</li>\n <li>User guides</li>\n <li>White papers</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Required Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in Technical Communications, Health Communications, or related field.</li>\n <li>Experience supporting healthcare, public health, or government programs.</li>\n <li>Strong editing and document management skills.</li>\n <li>Public Trust; contract requires US Citizenship.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About the Company</h2>\n<p>Culmen International is committed to enhancing international safety and security, strengthening homeland defense, advancing humanitarian missions, and optimizing government operations.
