Oversee job changeovers, team development, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with lean manufacturing principles.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Supervise, mentor, and develop team members; conduct performance reviews and manage employee relations.</li>\n <li>Ensure accurate payroll and timekeeping entries using Workday.</li>\n <li>Maintain staffing flexibility to meet production demands; train employees for multi-functional roles.</li>\n <li>Champion a proactive safety culture by enforcing regulations, conducting training, and supporting Safety CI initiatives.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with Planning, Quality, Assembly, Maintenance, and Engineering to achieve production goals.</li>\n <li>Drive continuous improvement by recommending process enhancements and resolving operational challenges.</li>\n <li>Monitor quality, analyze production data, and ensure machines and molds operate effectively.</li>\n <li>Facilitate communication across departments to align on priorities and problem-solving.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience (5+ years in supervisory roles).</li>\n <li>Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development, conflict resolution, and decision-making.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in ERP/MES systems (e.g., AS400/Mattec), Microsoft Office, and QA tools.</li>\n <li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of safety protocols, lean manufacturing, and root cause analysis.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong>At Hayward, we value diversity, collaboration, and growth.
