Altagram is a global video game localization, audio and QA partner working with recognized studios worldwide. We operate across Europe, North America and Asia with a strong focus on quality, transparency and long-term partnerships.
We are looking for a Localization Project Manager based in APAC who wants to grow into a Partnership Management role.
This job offer is a career transition opportunity for someone who understands how localization truly works and wants to take ownership of client growth and regional business development.
YOUR ROLE
You will start with your strength: localization knowledge.
You understand production realities. You know what happens behind a quote. You know how fast things can escalate if expectations are not set correctly.
From there, you will progressively move into: Developing relationships with game studios and publishers in the APAC region Presenting our services in a technically credible and grounded way Identifying risks and needs before they become problems Supporting commercial discussions and eventually leading them Contributing directly to regional revenue growth
You will be trained in our sales approach. We believe in consultative conversations, realistic scoping and long-term trust rather than aggressive pitching.
Your profile
3+ years as a Localization Project Manager or Localization Account Manager Strong understanding of game localization pipelines Fluent Japanese or Korean Professional English Comfortable speaking with clients and building relationships Interested in moving beyond coordination into ownership
