The Firefighter responds to alarms, drives and operates equipment related to the suppression of fires and rescues, provides emergency medical assistance, and provides various services for non-emergency callers. Coordinate business inspections, provide equipment maintenance, and provide specialized training. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: Respond to medical calls. Work to ensure property conservation. Compose and maintain reports. Participate in Wildland Search and Rescue. Work to suppress fires. Participate in special rescues. Assist in Wildland firefighting. Work safely with hazardous materials. Provide education to the Public. Essential Job Duties are intended to be examples of duties and are not intended to be all inclusive. There will be other duties as assigned.
