We are currently looking for an Insurance Account Executive. This position will be remote.
Ideal candidates will have the skills and experience necessary to:
· Responsible for planning and strategies to retain and expand current customer relationships.
· Responsible to build and maintain effective long-term relationships with a defined customer base to ensure a high level of satisfaction and increased revenue.
· Ensures high -quality customer service and issue resolution.
· Assists with client engagement activities, including identifying requirements and putting together proposals.
· Assists with maintenance of data management systems
· Ensures goals and objectives of the team are met.
· Ensures all applicable regulations, policies, and procedure are followed.
· Stays abreast of the regulatory environment and market trends in the insurance industry.
· Other duties as assigned.
What you need to bring to the table:
· Requires a College Degree and 4+ years in the insurance industry with underwriting, sales, account management, or other directly related experience.
· Insurance licensing required. A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.
· Extensive knowledge of personal insurance underwriting with high net worth carriers.
· Strong sales and client relationship and communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Ability to assess risk needs of complex consumers and recommend insurance solutions.
· Proven analytical, marketing and organizational skills.
· Capability to do the work of the group.
· Ability to set and maintain high quality work standards.
· Ability to lead and train lower level staff.
· Ability to deal effectively with people in various job capacities.
· Sound problem solving and collaboration skills.
· Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)
