Key Responsibilities Perform roofing duties associated with roof tear offs: scraping with force, shovelling heavy material, transporting material Remove clutter on roof while maintaining a clean and neat work environment Transport hot tar from kettle to work area Clean and maintain roofing equipment Performs all other duties as assigned Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Required Education
High School Diploma or GED preferred, not required Experience
No experience required! We will train you! Skills & Requirements
Minimum 18 years of age. Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record. Successful Pre-Employment Drug and Agility tests. Comfortable climbing ladders up to 60 ft tall. Ability to lift 100 LBS or more. Knowledge of basic roofing tools. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Flexible and able to comply with variable work schedules. Capable of bending over most of the day and working on knees excessively throughout the day. Ability to withstand demands of extreme weather conditions and high temperatures. Able to pass a government background check per project requirements. Working Conditions | Environment | Special Requirements Full time onsite Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including, OSHA, State and Federal regulations. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position. Employees will be subject to the random drug and alcohol testing upon reasonable suspicion or any other regulatory requirement. The company is a “pet friendly” environment.
