    "description_html": "<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><u><strong>Employment Opportunity:</strong></u></p><p>The Congress Lake Club seeks highly motivated, energetic, hospitality-oriented individuals who share our values and passions for exceptional service for the Summer of 2026. &nbsp;We offer a fun, professional, work environment fostered by a service commitment to excellence. &nbsp;Along with receiving competitive pay and outstanding benefits, you can be a part of a positive environment where you can learn valuable career and personal skills.<br>&nbsp;</p><p><u><strong>Job Summary:</strong></u><br>Provide a fun and safe aquatic environment for all members, their families, and guests.<br>&nbsp;</p><p><u><strong>Job Duties:</strong></u></p><ul><li>To maintain and provide a safe aquatic environment for all members in compliance with club standard operating procedures and The Red Cross or YMCA lifeguard certification standards.</li><li>To connect with members and their families through ongoing contact on the pool deck and participation in club activities.</li><li>To properly maintain and monitor the pool environment so it meets all required local health codes and member needs</li><li>To maintain a clean and safe pool environment through proper cleaning and preventative maintenance of aquatic equipment, distribution and laundry service of towels, checking in members and their guests, regular attention to pool furniture, and trash &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;removal.</li><li>Teaching swim lessons, potentially coaching of swim team supervising group swim activities, and helping with other aquatic program activities set forth by management including direction from the Youth Director.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<u><strong>Reports To:</strong></u><br>Youth Director, Pool/Aquatics Manager<br>&nbsp;</p><p><u><strong>CLC Employment Benefits:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Competitive Wages of hourly rate starting at $13+/hour based on experience</li><li>Revenue from Lessons</li><li>401k plan with a 4% match (immediate vesting)</li><li>Complimentary meals while on duty</li><li>Limited golfing privileges</li><li>All other benefits are in accordance with club policy as stated in the employee handbook</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<u><strong>About the Club</strong></u><br>The Congress Lake Club offers many amenities to its’ members and guests.
