In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our IT infrastructure while providing exceptional support to our internal teams. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p>As an IT Systems Lead at Cyntegrity, you will:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage IT Systems:<span> Oversee the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of cloud-based infrastructure and solutions, primarily within Microsoft Azure and partially AWS environments.</span></li>\n<li>Implement DevOps Practices:<span> </span>Design, implement, and optimize<span> </span>CI/CD pipelines<span> </span>and<span> </span>infrastructure as code (IaC)<span> </span>to streamline development and operations.</li>\n<li>Provide IT Support:<span> </span>Manage and resolve<span> </span>IT ticket requests<span> </span>from internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective solutions.</li>\n<li>Ensure Compliance:<span> </span>Maintain IT systems in compliance with relevant regulations, including<span> </span>GDPR<span> </span>and<span> </span>Data Protection Act.</li>\n<li>Optimize Performance:<span> </span>Continuously improve the reliability, scalability, and security of IT systems.</li>\n<li>Collaborate Across Teams:<span> </span>Work closely with the<span> </span>Chief Executive Officer (CEO)<span> </span>and other departments to align IT strategies with business goals.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Criteria:</span></p>\n<p>We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative IT professional with the following qualifications:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Education:<span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Experience:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>5-7 years of proven experience in<span> </span>DevOps practices.</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with<span> </span>Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).</li>\n<li>Strong experience in managing<span> </span>IT ticket requests<span> </span>and providing end-user support.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Skills:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li>\n<li>Strong communication and collaboration skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Knowledge:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deep understanding of<span> </span>cloud infrastructure, including Azure and/or AWS ecosystems, and modern DevOps tooling.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with<span> </span>IT service management (ITSM)<span> </span>and ticketing systems.</li>\n<li>Understanding of<span> </span>data protection regulations<span> </span>(e.g., GDPR, Data Protection Act).</li>\n<li>Certifications:<span> </span>Relevant certifications in<span> </span>Azure<span> </span>(e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) and<span> </span>DevOps<span> </span>(e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) are a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A purpose-driven mission to improve global clinical research.</li>\n<li>A collaborative, international team that values flexibility, autonomy, and transparency.</li>\n<li>Fully remote work setup with a results-driven culture.</li>\n<li>Opportunities for professional growth and development.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About Cyntegrity:</span></p>\n<p>We support sponsors and CROs with clinical trial risk management technology and related educational programs to bring therapies to market faster, safer, and more cost-effectively.
