    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p>Job Title: Fleet Mechanic Department: Fleet Reports to: Fleet Manager and/or Fleet Supervisor and/or Technical Supervisor FLSA Status: Non-Exempt</p><p><br></p><p>Summary: This position is responsible for servicing and repairing industrial mobile equipment Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned &bull; Work with fork-trucks (electric, gas, LLP, diesel) man lifts, cranes, stationary generators and more &bull; CMMS data input (Computerized maintenance management system) &bull; Performs diagnostic, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance on equipment &bull; Maintaining up time requirements &bull; Part ordering &bull; Shop safety &bull; Shop cleanliness, organization &bull; Company quality standards &bull; Reporting &bull; Must provide own tools</p><p><br></p><p>Competencies &ndash; To preform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: &bull; Listening Skills &ndash; Ability to listen carefully and thoroughly to both CFM management and the customer to understand their needs &bull; Problem Solving &ndash; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully &bull; Adaptability &ndash; Must be able to switch tasks at any time for business success and changing environments &bull; Communication &ndash; Great communicator, whether face-to-face, telephone, email, written or verbal and body language.
