      "content": "<li>Manage the end-to-end preparation and filing of all SEC documents, including&nbsp;Forms 10-Q,&nbsp;10-K,&nbsp;8-K, proxy statements, and Section 16 filings (Forms 3, 4, 5). </li><li>Ensure compliance with all Regulation S-X and S-K disclosure requirements.</li><li>Design, implement, and maintain a best-in-class SEC reporting calendar, processes, and disclosure controls and procedures (DCPs). This includes developing the narrative disclosure process and managing the tie-out and supporting documentation for all filings.</li><li>Lead the research, evaluation, and documentation of complex US GAAP and SEC reporting matters. </li><li>Author technical accounting memos and guide the implementation of new accounting standards across the organization.</li><li>Serve as the subject matter expert and administrator for SEC reporting software, specifically&nbsp;DFIN's ActiveDisclosure&nbsp;platform&nbsp;</li><li>Partner closely with the CFO, Corporate Controller, Legal Counsel, FP&amp;A, and Investor Relations teams to ensure a cohesive and transparent reporting process. </li><li>Provide guidance and mentorship to accounting staff. &nbsp; </li><li>Manage external audit firm relationships regarding SEC matters.</li><li>Assist with the financial reporting impact of strategic initiatives, including M&amp;A activities, debt offerings, and other material transactions.</li>"

      "content": "<li>Active CPA license&nbsp;required.</li><li>10+ years&nbsp;of progressive experience in accounting and financial reporting, with significant experience in a public company environment and/or Big 4 public accounting firm.</li><li>Extensive, hands-on experience managing the&nbsp;SEC reporting&nbsp;process and preparing&nbsp;10-K&nbsp;and&nbsp;10-Q&nbsp;filings.</li><li>Proficiency using&nbsp;DFIN ActiveDisclosure&nbsp;or a comparable SEC reporting tool (e.g., Workiva).</li><li>Deep technical knowledge of&nbsp;US GAAP&nbsp;and&nbsp;SEC&nbsp;rules and regulations.</li><li>Proven ability to build processes from scratch and drive efficiency in a newly public company environment.</li><li>Strong understanding of SOX compliance related to financial reporting controls.</li><li>Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of an organization.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment, such as a recently public technology company.</li>"
