In this position, you will work on set up and operation of HAAS and Doosan 3-4 axis mills, lathes with live tooling, and more. Options for \n<strong>1st shift</strong> (6:30AM - 3PM) and \n<strong>2nd shift</strong> (2:30 PM-11 PM). While ensuring a comfortable work-life balance, some overtime opportunities are also available. \n<strong>Benefits include:</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>PTO and vacation time</li>\n <li>Paid holidays</li>\n <li>Medical/Dental/Vision insurance</li>\n <li>401K w/ matching</li>\n <li>Annual shutdown during holiday season</li>\n <li>Potential end of the year bonuses based on individual and company performance</li>\n <li>Company events: multiple sports teams, monthly lunches, BBQ competitions, and more!</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Set up and operate mill turns, 3-4 axis mills, and/or lathes with live tooling</li>\n <li>Edit programs at the machine</li>\n <li>Perform inspections to ensure conformance of specifications</li>\n <li>Interpret blueprints for specifications such as dimensions, tolerance & instructions</li>\n <li>Select and secure holding fixtures, tools, etc</li>\n <li>Perform daily maintenance of machines</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>2+ years previous experience in operating CNC Mill Turn machines (or strong mills and lathe exp)</li>\n <li>Experience editing programs at the machine (Fanuc & HAAS controls)</li>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings</li>\n <li>Knowledge and use of measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, indicators, etc.</li>\n <li>Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Desire to learn and grow with the company</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>AMC is an Equal Opportunity employer.
