Our integrated AgTech program combines AI, sensor data and lab analytics to deliver actionable insights that improve cultivation performance.</p><p><strong>OVERVIEW OF POSITION</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The Manager, Accounting is responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations across HBH&#39;s multi-dimensional business &mdash; spanning Commercial field services, Retail locations, Manufacturing, and eCommerce &mdash; with a focus on execution accuracy, close integrity, and process consistency. This role works closely with the Controller to ensure financial records are complete, reconciliations are current, and internal controls are followed. The Manager, Accounting brings strong GAAP fundamentals and hands-on execution skills to a fast-paced, multi-entity environment. Strategic financial decisions and policy-level determinations are made in alignment with the Controller and senior leadership.</p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Month-End &amp; Year-End Close Support</strong></p><ul style=\"margin-left: 18px;\"><li>Execute month-end close tasks including journal entries, accruals, prepaid amortization, and account adjustments</li><li>Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations across assigned accounts</li><li>Support year-end close activities and ensure documentation is audit-ready</li><li>Communicate close status and open items to the Controller</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Financial Reporting &amp;
