Total synchronization of all program related internal departments (Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Assembly, Manufacturing, and Quality)</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Essential Job Functions</strong><strong>:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Follow all established quality management system procedures and work instructions as applicable.</li>\n <li>Manage integrated project management team focusing on project activities and overall project plans</li>\n <li>Work with diverse teams and help coordinate activities to support project implementation.</li>\n <li>Negotiate contract and subcontract terms and conditions, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and teaming agreements with the goal of establishing contracts and agreements with favorable terms</li>\n <li>Create complex purchase contracts with negotiated terms and conditions using established policies and procedures as required satisfying customer requirements for goods and services</li>\n <li>Develop recommendations to improve policies and procedures</li>\n <li>Ensure equitable commitment is made with suppliers in support of customer needs and goals</li>\n <li>Develop standard reporting guidelines for performance monitoring and performance metrics for performance monitoring</li>\n <li>Monitor and maintain inventory based on demand, schedules and forecasting activity</li>\n <li>Interface with internal and external customers and suppliers to ensure execution of VITRON strategies</li>\n <li>Manage supplier performance and ensure satisfactory contract performance is maintained</li>\n <li>Develop standard performance metrics for performance monitoring</li>\n <li>Prepare and attend all VITRON production status meetings and provide status as required</li>\n <li>Ensure profitability on procured products.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Knowledge & Skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience developing supplier relationships with resulting improvements in services</li>\n <li>Experience in reducing material costs and managing capital expenditures</li>\n <li>Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with vendors, management, and co-workers.</li>\n <li>Ability to interface with technical and non-technical personnel.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of supplier owned inventory</li>\n <li>Experience with Microsoft Office suite such as Word, Excel, Power Point and Project</li>\n <li>Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p>\n<p>Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.  Five (5) years’ experience in Project / Program Management, Procurement, Accounting, or Finance.  Experience working within a fast paced aerospace manufacturing environment preferred.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong><strong>:</strong></p>\n<p>Stooping, crouching, reaching, walking, lifting, grasping, talking, hearing, repetitive motion. Must be able to lift 10 lbs. Must have close visual acuity.
