This role requires the ability to build trust, model healthy recovery behaviors, and support patients in developing structure, accountability, and community within a residential setting.</p><p><strong>Experience/Education Requirements</strong>:</p><p>A strong background in recovery or recovery management practices. Graduation from an accredited senior high school or GED equivalent.
