They act as the first point of contact for prospective tenants, providing information about the property, showing units, qualifying prospects, and preparing lease agreements.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as first point of contact for prospects: welcome visitors, answer questions, and verify eligibility.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain strong resident relations: address concerns, ensure satisfaction, and promote retention.&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct daily community inspections, ensuring tour paths, models, amenities, and common areas are well maintained.&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare and process notices to vacate, renewals, service requests, applications, move-ins/outs, transfers, and roommate changes.&nbsp;</li><li>Achieve community goals, including occupancy, renewals, and turn times, while maintaining at least a 35% rental closing ratio.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage resident communication channels and maintain accurate CRM records.&nbsp;</li><li>Stay informed on local market trends; complete monthly market surveys and recommend competitive pricing to Community Manager.&nbsp;</li><li>Support marketing initiatives and alert management of local opportunities.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in planning and hosting resident events and activities.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain accurate, organized resident and vendor files.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrate teamwork, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.&nbsp;</li><li>Follow all safety procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook, SOPs, and safety labels on all equipment.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, safety procedures, and company policies.&nbsp;</li><li>Represent the company positively in all interactions.&nbsp;</li></ul>",
