Oversee all ride systems, water treatment, electrical controls, and equipment to ensure safe, reliable operation and guest safety. Manage a team of maintenance technicians and serve as the mechanical expert partner to park leadership.</p>\n<p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> Conduct inspections of mechanical, electrical, and water treatment systems; diagnose issues and coordinate repairs across both parks</li>\n <li> Oversee electrical troubleshooting on pump motors, VFDs, controls, and safety systems; ensure electrical safety in wet/corrosive environments</li>\n <li> Develop and execute preventative maintenance for water filtration, treatment, and water quality systems</li>\n <li> Lead, mentor, and develop maintenance technicians; drive safety culture and continuous improvement</li>\n <li> Manage parts inventory, coordinate specialized vendors, and address maintenance needs promptly</li>\n <li> Plan seasonal maintenance and capital equipment upgrades; prepare budgets and report on operations to leadership</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What You'll Bring</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> 5+ years mechanical and electrical maintenance in amusement parks, waterparks, or mission-critical operational environments</li>\n <li> Advanced expertise with high-capacity pumps, motors, VFDs, and electrical controls</li>\n <li> Strong electrical troubleshooting skills and knowledge of electrical safety in wet/corrosive environments</li>\n <li> Experience with water treatment, filtration systems, and water chemistry testing</li>\n <li> Proven team leadership and supervisory experience; advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities</li>\n <li> Knowledge of ASTM F24 standards and ability to read technical manuals and electrical schematics</li>\n <li> OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training; familiarity with lockout/tagout procedures</li>\n <li> Valid driver's license with willingness to travel between locations; ability to lift 50 lbs; comfortable at heights and in confined spaces</li>\n <li> High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> Electrical certification or formal electrical systems training</li>\n <li> Pool Operator Certification or water treatment systems background</li>\n <li> PLC programming or industrial control systems experience</li>\n <li> ASTM F24 ride inspection certification; vendor relationship management experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What You'll Get</strong></p>\n<p>Our people are the reason guests keep coming back.
